Clinical Use of Core Mindfulness as Treatment Tool
This webinar will benefit mental health clinicians, social workers, and anyone else who wants to learn about how to incorporate core mindfulness into practice. The beginning of the course provides an overview of meditation and mindfulness and gives different examples of usage.
The second part of the training involves discussing the core mindfulness from DBT. The training will explain mindfulness in the treatment of anxiety and other client's concerns.
The last part of the training will discuss skills that viewers can either use themselves or that they can use with clients.

- Describe understanding Core Mindfulness and how it acts as a coping tool for clients in treatment for anxiety and trauma
- Describe the foundation of mindfulness and meditation and how it can help clients in treatment
- Explain Techniques and how they can help people cope with anxiety and trauma symptoms
