  • Do We Offer Refund?

    We hope you will partake in our self-paced courses and attend the webinars you purchase. We want to support your professional journey. However, we do not offer refunds for any of our courses, webinars, or other learning events under any circumstances. All sales for our programs are final. We encourage you to independently verify that your licensing authority will accept our courses, although our authorization statements are accurate and valid.

  • Grievance Policy

    All complaints and grievances are reviewed by the social work consultant within 10 working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and will be responded to within 10 business days. please email [email protected] to submit formal complaints.

  • Live Webinar Completion Requirements

    For live webinars... Attend the full live webinar and complete the course evaluation Once complete the course evaluation you will have the opportunity to save download or print your completion certificate.

  • Self-Paced Course Requirement

    Complete all the course content in the self-paced online course. Complete the post-test with a passing grade (80%) Complete the course evaluation Once you pass the post-test and complete the course evaluation you will have the opportunity to save download or print your completion certificate.

  • Are your courses accessible to people with different abilities

    Absolutely. Our self-paced courses feature closed-captioned video content. Our live webinars also feature live closed captioning. We offer ASL for live webinars upon request. We work with a few different ASL providers but would love additional recommendations if there's a particular interpreter or provider you are comfortable with.   • Can I buy Self-Paced Courses & Webinar without the membership

    Yes, you can buy webinars without the membership, however, only CE self-paced courses over $99 are available outside of the membership.

  • Why Can't I find CE hours for New Jersey licensed social workers here?

    Although we would love to provide for NJ! The provider authorization process in New Jersey is both time-intensive and costly. Our company is a small team of committed and amazing professionals, each of whom has multiple roles. New Jersey requires CE providers to get each individual course/webinar approved in advance and at a cost for each. The other CE authorities offer provider approvals that do not require individual course approval or additional fees. We are Social Work ran and believe in advocacy. If you are licensed in NJ and are having trouble finding CE providers and content, we encourage you to share your concerns with the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners.   • Do I have to have a License to attend an event?

    Nope, All are welcome to attend our webinar and course! The license number requirement during registration is a logistical process. Our certificates of completion are auto-generated after completion, and the participant's license number needs to be in our system for the certificate to generate the correct license information. Therefore, to make the process seamless, we made it a registration requirement. When filling out the license number, you can simply put "unlicensed" or "N/A".

  • If I have special needs or require accommodations, what do I do?

    Email [email protected] at least five (5) business days prior to the live workshop to request accommodations or discuss your needs. Radiant Sunshine cannot ensure accommodations without adequate prior notification.

  • What are the requirements for receiving your CE hours?

    Address common questions ahead of time to Participants must have an Unlimited CE course membership or have paid the registration fee for webinars, viewed the entire course, and completed a quiz with a score of 75% or higher to receive a certificate with CE credits. Partial credit is not available. Certificates will be available following quiz completion.
