This course begins with providing definitions for mental health, spirituality, and religion, and then provides specific examples of spiritual and religious practices that you can begin to implement as soon as the course ends! The course also provides the opportunity for you to practice spiritual practices that you may not have tried before so that you can become more aware of what practices feel most authentic to who you are.

Trainer Sherry Wherry

Sherry Wherry is the Founder and Empowerment Strategist of Wherry Consultations, LLC. She is passionate about helping women to move past their pain and barriers to success in order to manifest their God-given identity. Sherry graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has completed a certificate of training in Personal Development Coaching from the RS Counseling & Wellness Center (RSCWC). where she serves as the Lead Life Coach. Sherry has worked extensively within Social Services and Workforce Development and enjoys empowering individuals to accomplish their educational, professional, personal, and spiritual goals.
