Are you ready to sharpen your social work supervision skills?

Developing and nurturing an ethical supervision practice that meets the real-world needs of your staff just got a whole lot easier with our proven Savvy Supervision System.

Does this sound familiar?

You were promoted to a supervisory position without any supervision training or guidance as to what is expected of you and how you can develop your skills to support your staff.

You probably were promoted without any pomp and circumstance. Perhaps your predecessor left their position and you inherited their workload.

Add to that, you might not have had the best supervisor role models in your career, so it’s hard to know what is best practice and what will work.

If any (or most likely ALL) of these statements ring true for you, then get ready to access a proven system that will give you the training, support, and coaching you need to enhance your leadership capacity and hone your supervision skills.

The Savvy Supervision System is for you if you want to:

  1. Gain and develop the practical skills necessary to provide the best possible supervision to your staff

  2. Learn skills that are not specific to clinical practice, but are necessary for supervising professionals in all areas of social work and human services practice

  3. Ensure your supervision practice is in alignment with the NASW Code of Ethics

  4. Nurture your leadership capacity to advance your career

  5. Earn continuing education hours while expanding your effectiveness as a supervisor
