This course will help you develop strategies and activities to recognize your personal authority, self-consideration, change your thoughts, and discover how to manage emotions and feelings.

Are there requirements or prerequisites for this course?
There are no prerequisites for this course. However, to make the course manageable it is released over three weeks by the Module order. It is open to anyone who desires to know more about how to release the hurt and pain of the past.
Your success in this course depends on your ability to put the information into action. The information is simple, but understanding the information is inadequate. You have to be willing to do the activities, participate in discussions and implement the strategies in your life.
