Course Description

At times, everyone has felt overloaded and wondered whether they can cope with the pressures placed on them. Furthermore, workplace pressures have caused them to at least consider acting unethically or illegally on the job. • Restate and list ethical definitions and why they are important in decision-making.
  • Demonstrate and explain the skill to assess stress that effects your ethical decision making as a practicing social worker.
  • Explain and list how stress can have a positive and negative impact on an individual stress
  • Facilitate a personal role play and describe goals to engage in the practice of self management when dealing with stress and burnout. (Stress Management)
